Tip for BADECO hammer handpiece

All tips are made of silver steel. Composed of highly alloyed steel with 17% silver.
The particularity of this material is its hardness close to a hard metal and the silver content which facilitates polishing.

Each point is manually whitened to obtain a polished point.
We obtain a great hardness and purity. The quality of these points is not comparable with those usually made of hardened steel without specification.
The wear of the BADECO is much slower when striking. However, these tips are still very affordable.

Carried out at high frequency, only on the striking area. Therefore, breakage is rare and the use is prolonged.

In case of broken point in the mallet, the problem of extraction is always difficult. Here the points were studied for an automatic extraction after a breakage.
This saves time and avoids sending the mallet for repair.
