The antitarnish solution OXIPROTECT Performance JE799 is a galvanic bath. It is excellent suitable as protection system for silver surfaces or low alloyed precious metals.
The OXIPROTECT Performance protects effective against oxidations and discolourations. Due to the low coat thickness it is optical absolutely invisible and it acts as a lubricant. The brilliance of the base material is conserved. Contact resistance, solderability and bondability remain almost unaffected. The protection behavior is improved by applying voltage.

Temperature: 40-50°C
Exposure time: 2-3 minutes
Ph value: 3.7 - 4.1
Voltage: 3.5 volt
Anodes: Mixed metal anodes (MOX)
Movement: slos

How to use it:
1. Rinse after electroplated coating efficient with distilled water. Carryover contamination must be absolutely avoided because it would reduce the lifetime of the electrolyte
2. If necessary pickle in diluted sulphuric acid.
3. Rinse again in distilled water.

5. Dip in distilled water, two times. Rinsing water must be kept separated from circuit water
6. Dip in hot distilled water, 45 – 50°C.
7. Make dry.
