ORION 200I – The revolutionary micro welder ever

It combines the advantages of a laser with those of a welder, offering the precision and speed of a laser and the versatility, power and ease of use of a pulsed arc welder. The i-Series offers the widest range of power options, the most advanced features and the most customizable welds.

The power range is between 0.2 and 200 Ws (Joules). The pico weld mode is for intricate welds as small as 0.01 Joules of energy, to achieve truly microscopic weld joints. The micro energy range between 1 and a maximum of 30 Ws is ideal for smaller and more delicate workpieces. The ultra energy range with up to 150 Ws is the right choice for all work requiring deeper penetration or a larger weld spot.

With the Orion 200i up to 5 welding spots per second can be set.

Furthermore, objects made of stainless steel and 14 ct gold can be temporarily fixed together or permanently welded together in the so-called tack mode.

Needed accessories (optional):
In order to use the Orion devices, argon gas, a regulator and a suitable pressure reducer are necessary.
