ORION 150s – the powerful pulse-arc welding system with swing arm microscope

The Orion 150S is an incredibly versatile, compact yet easy to use and affordable welding system.
The unit features high frequency agitation for added weld penetration and weld strength. The ability to store up to 1000 custom weld settings that are used over and over again allow you to quickly change the weld parameters.
The power range is between 1 and 150 Ws (Joules). The micro energy range between 1 and a maximum of 30 Ws is ideal for smaller and more delicate workpieces. The ultra energy range with up to 150 Ws is the right choice for all work requiring deeper penetration or a larger weld spot.

With the Orion 150S, up to 9 welding spots per second can be set.

Furthermore, objects made of stainless steel and 14 ct gold can be temporarily fixed together or permanently welded together in the so-called tack mode.
